Netflix Original Series 'Physical: 100' is a survival game show that seeks the strongest physical contestant out of 100 individuals who boast the best physical condition from various fields such as athletes, bodybuilders, YouTubers, firefighters, and former UDT members. One of the participants, Yoon Jun Hyeop, surprised everyone by being chosen as a model for his extreme physique. He achieved 11th place in the final ranking of "Mr. Trot 2," where he appeared consecutively and earned the titles of "Rookie" and "Trot Casanova" for his impressive performances and charm on the show.
 
It has been a month since both shows ended, and Yoon's life has changed significantly. He has been confirmed to appear in the first spin-off variety show of "Mr. Trot 2," called "Tralala Brothers," which recorded the highest viewership rating of 24% and was loved by the nation. "Tralala Brothers" is a hybrid game music show featuring TOP 7 of "Mr. Trot 2" (Ahn Sung-hoon, Park Ji-hyun, Jin Hae Seong, Na Sang-do, Choi Soo Ho, Jin Uk, Park Sung On), the controversial contestants Song Min-jun and Yoon Jun Hyeop, and MCs Jang Yoon-jeong and Boom.
 
After "Mr. Trot 2" ended, Yoon said, "I had many valuable moments standing on stage, and I feel happy whenever I have the opportunity to do so." He continued to say that he always strives to do his best and enjoys the challenge of giving his all on stage. He showed a list of "Mr. Trot 2" national concert tours to reporters, which will take place from Seoul to Ulsan and Ansan from May to August.

Since winning the 2018 Supermodel Contest with a competition rate of 1600:1, Yoon Jun Hyeop has challenged himself in various competitions, including "The Wild Idol" in 2021, "Physical: 100," and "Mr. Trot 2." He believes that he can improve himself by challenging himself and enjoys the thrill of taking on challenges.

He said, "I am a person who does my best in everything I do. I try my best to successfully complete any task given to me, no matter the circumstances. I have unexpectedly strong mental strength. When I'm stressed, I take a walk, look up at the sky, go to a good restaurant, or do something small to relieve stress. I love eating delicious food, especially Pyeongyang cold noodles."
 
Yoon Jun Hyeop, who enjoys working out in this way, once prepared for a lifestyle boxing competition. He ran every morning, trained in boxing at lunchtime, and did boxing and strength training again in the evening, just like training at Sollim Temple. His current situation became known within his agency, ESteam. As luck would have it, he was approached to appear in the program, "Physical: 100," which was in line with the timing of casting for Netflix "Physical: 100." He was well-prepared for the opportunity.

"I wanted to appear on TV Chosun's 'Mr. Trot' because I wanted to sing on stage. As for 'Physical: 100,' I prepared based on my existing workout routine. For 'Mr. Trot' 2' I practiced every day to the point where I felt like I was living in the practice room to show a good stage. Both programs had only good people, so the atmosphere on the set was really good, and I was able to approach filming in a fun and comfortable atmosphere."
 
Although the filming of "Physical: 100," which featured extreme physical battles, is over, he still works out every day. He wants to do better in both singing and working out and show a better side to his fans and viewers. He doesn't have any new hobbies or interests. As a model-singer-entertainer, he thinks this is an important time to do well and develop his given role. His goal is always to live a life standing on stage.
 
Yoon Jun Hyeop received the nickname "Trot Casanova" through "Mr. Trot 2'. He wants to be remembered as someone who always did his best and worked hard to produce good results.
